Mahmudul Haque Azad is a visionary leader with over 20 years of experience in software development and media technology, including more than 14 years collaborating with Scandinavian companies. His tenure at Vizrt was particularly notable, where he led the company’s largest R&D center as Head of R&D in Bangladesh. Under his leadership, his team spearheaded the development of an advanced Media Asset Management System and real-time sports analysis, while introducing groundbreaking automation processes. He also managed key integrations with Vizrt’s global R&D hubs in Norway, Sweden, and Switzerland, ensuring seamless collaboration across the company’s international operations.
Mahmudul’s leadership at Vizrt helped shape the company’s global impact, delivering cutting-edge solutions that were adopted by major broadcasters such as CNN, Fox, and NatGeo. His ability to drive innovation and streamline workflows significantly reduced product release times and enhanced the technological capabilities of the company. Mahmudul's technical expertise and strategic vision were instrumental in making Vizrt a leader in media technology.
Now, as the Founder and CEO of Craftsmen, Mahmudul continues to lead with excellence. His deep Scandinavian expertise and experience in media technology fuel Craftsmen's ability to deliver bespoke, high-quality software solutions to clients worldwide. His commitment to innovation and excellence solidifies his position as a key figure in global software and media development.
Kristian Bruarøy brings over 20 years of project management and corporate leadership expertise. He has a unique skill set that bridges content creation, technology, and business strategy. His deep knowledge of digital innovation, strategy, and business development has made him a sought-after advisor for startups, scaling companies, and established enterprises. Throughout his career, Kristian has consistently driven innovation, particularly in the digital media space.
He has extensive experience across various industries, notably in media, technology, aquaculture, maritime, fintech, and green industries. Many in the media world recognize Kristian from his 17 years at TV 2, where he played a pivotal role in building and leading TV 2 Norway's streaming service. As EVP, Kristian led the service for four years, helping it become a cornerstone of the company's digital strategy.
In addition to his media experience, Kristian has a broad international network and a reputation for understanding complex challenges. His ability to ensure seamless collaboration between technology, business, and product teams has been key to his success in multiple sectors.
